Cafe Racer <p style="margin-bottom: 1em;">Fixxer_upper special, with scuffs all around. We replaced the right handlebar, brake reservoir, and right foot peg, from a deer wreck. The old owner of it saw it & stopped by saying he was only going about 20 mph 1 mile from home. You could repair just about every thing with some creative  paintwork. Most of the scuffed bits can be sanded and blacked out. It runs and drives perfect with only 2k miles. You still need signals, and repair the gauge bracket, and change the plexi lens. It as a Pa salvage certificate, and that should make it pass inspection.
